A curb jumped out in front of me and cracked my rim. Austin was able to take my car that day and fixed the cracked rim. Pleasant experience ☺️

I cannot express how great Austin with True Wheel was from beginning to end for the whole process. I ran through a road under construction that had an exposed sewer manhole that ate up about 1/3 of the rim on my wheel, and Austin fixed it so flawlessly you can’t even tell anything happened and the paint match was absolutely perfect for my OEM BMW wheels. Very reasonable pricing considering the quality of work for the repair. From the start of the process of booking my appointment during the phone call, to picking my car up once complete, Austin was nothing short of professional and took the upmost care with my wheel. With the service I received it’s no wonder he was so highly recommended on multiple car pages where I was referred to him. If anyone I know or I myself ever need a wheel fixed again, there will be zero hesitation to work with Austin at True Wheel. Thanks again for the exceptional service and work!

Absolutely excellent service. Austin has a customer for life in me. He was able to fit me in same day and get us back on the road - he was excellent to work with, affordable, and he even spoke to the previous shop on the phone, instructing them in a backup solution so I could get the car to him. Fantastic! Many thanks Austin. My wheel is repaired and good as new.

I brought my truck to True Wheel after my rims were damaged by another shop. From the moment I arrived, Austin was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping. He took the time to explain the repair process and assured me he would do everything possible to restore all four rims. While he was upfront that a complete refurbishment wasn't possible—which was understandable and not something I expected—he carefully outlined how he would touch up the damaged areas and ensure the finish blended seamlessly with the surrounding paint. The results exceeded my expectations. If this was Austin's version of a "touch-up," I can only imagine how incredible a full wheel refurbishment would look. My wheels turned out absolutely amazing, and the quality of the work speaks for itself.True Wheel is a top-notch establishment, and every member of the staff I encountered was friendly, professional, and customer-focused. Thank you, Austin, and the entire True Wheel team, for delivering exceptional service and craftsmanship.
