Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable. I thought I had a bent wheel and after his inspection he insured me that it wasn’t bent and offered to check the rest of them before I had my new tires put on and was happy to do so. His honest saved me a lot of unnecessary money and I will be using him for all of my wheel needs in the future. Thank you Austin!

After a nasty pothole left one of the wheels on my BMW M2 with a slight bend I searched and found Austin @ True Wheel and gave him a call.Austin was extremely helpful and informative of the repair and was able to accommodate the same morning I called!Left my car with him and went out for lunch, came back and my wheel was fixed. Seriously awesome service and in the unfortunate event I need another repair I’ll for sure be back. Thanks for taking care of my car!

I called to ask about some wheel repair services. It was actually a few minutes after closing but Austin still called me back immediately. Although he could not help me with my particular issue, he spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me, explaining different options. Customer service is clearly outstanding and I will definitely utilize this shop in the future.

I just bought a used car which was in excellent condition except for the wheels which had curb rash and dings, and I didn’t like the two-tone black and silver. I found Austin Kettell's True Wheel online and read his reviews. They are spot on! I dropped off my car and within a week he had completely restored and repainted my wheels, and kept within his estimate! I’m totally pleased with the outcome of his work and I absolutely recommend Austin for any wheel repairs/reconditioning.

Who does same day service anymore??? Austin did. Corrected all of my rims on my 03 SL500. Couldn’t be happier to find someone local in Northern Virginia who is honest enough to show you what he finds during the analysis of an issue. His repairs were top notch and he is very efficient in his trade. I would gladly recommend him to anyone needing wheel repair!

I was looking for a shop for my 2017 Camaro. I needed some curb damage repaired on my wheels and I wanted them custom painted I found Tru Wheel‘s in Marshall Virginia and I called the shop and talked with Austin . He was very polite and professional. I took my car to him and showed him what I want it done. He did exactly what I wanted and my wheels turned out beautiful. he also fixed a crack in one of my wheels and took a bend out of two of my wheels. He mounted my new tires and balanced them. They were perfect. I highly recommend. Tru Wheel ‘s for all your Wheel needs
